    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Upon request, we can provide you with a printed sales receipt at our physical store location. Simply visit our shop and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in obtaining your sales receipt.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    Due to the current bank situation in Lebanon, we regret to inform you that the option to add a gift receipt to online orders has been temporarily disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are pleased to let you know that gift receipts can still be provided for purchases made at our physical shop.     How long do I have to return an order?
